I was very shocked yesterday to discover that I went into a reputable shop that had no surveillance camera.The shock was merely because you would assume surveillance is for their safety as well as ours. I was pick-pocketed while shopping for scented candles and 5 minutes after I realized I did not have my phone, it was already off and the consultant who assisted me **** saying he never noticed a phone on me when it was in that store I vividly remember checking my bank balance before paying for the candles. My advise is to check before going into a store that they have surveillance, this is for your own safety too.
