EMPTY PROMISES

I purchased 8 Knysna Dining Chairs from Mr Price Home and it was delivered on 30 June. The first box that I opened had all the items loose and when I tried to assemble it, I noticed that the *****s was missing. I reported the missing *****s on 1 July and was told that they will send it. I contacted them again on 12, 13 & 19 July but still no *****s. The lesson that I learned....MAKE THEM ASSEMBLE IT OR YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY ON USELESS PIECES OF LOOSE WOOD.
