Embarrassed Customer- Loved the Pillows

<p>I was in Tygervally mall on Saturday 20 August 2016. I went into the store to buy pillows for for my living space. I pride in doing my shopping at your store all these years. As I entered the store there were two (2) bins with pillows and a board that reads "Take two(2) for R 220.00" I loved the pillows that was in the one bin and took four (4).</p> <p>When I got to the till the cashier told me that those pillows was not part of th promotion. I told her I found it in the bin where the board was so how can she say that it was not part. She then called on the store manager and explained to her. The store manager then advised me that she is unable to give to me as it should not have been in that bin. I told her but that is not my mistake, thats why there is staff on the floor to ensure everything is place correctly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also told her that everything she is telling me contradicts the Consumer Act. She just refused to give me the pillows. By the time I left the shop, the one bin and the board was removed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that they neglecting to do their worked resulted in me being embarrassed at the till and leaving without the pillows. I have lost all confidence in Mr Price Home. </p>
