Educate your couriers!!!

I recently made an online purchase for over R3000. I am still waiting for the order even though it should've been delivered to the store for instore pick up by now. When contacting them today, I was informes my address does not exist. It was for INSTORE PICK UP at their Queenswood branch!!! How does it not exist??? I am furious and expect the order to be delivered to ME especially after this inconvenient ordeal. When will I receive my parcel????? It is urgent!
