Dreadful service
Bitterly disappointed...
I ordered this table online... Order *** Metal And Wood Round Coffee Table R899.99 Before ordering – I phoned their contact centre to check the dimensions – the picture showed a round table and the dimensions showed an oval table. The person at the contact centre said the size was as per the detail on the webpage. I ordered the table even though I was a bit confused by the dimensions and the person was very unhelpful and said that it was the size 1.8 x 38 x 80
It just arrived. Firstly – the page said NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED I cannot assemble it – the *****s just go round and round and round and do not grip. THE SIZE IS IN FACT HEIGHT 380 CM DIAMETER 800 CM Nothing near the dimensions in the advert on their webpage.
Trying to contact someone about this was a nightmare. The phone number on the web page is incorrect. The online query does not work. Their WhatsApp chat is useless and does not provide a solution
A standard letter saying that I can arrange to return the goods and will get a refund once the goods are back in the warehouse.
Where is the customer service?
Maybe I did not want to return the product - I just want someone to come and assemble it for me.
Where is the response to my concerns about the errors and poor webpage and connection issues?
I expected at the very least a phone call.
And I expected to see changes on the webpage, fixing the errors.
I would love to speak to the marketing manager.
