Dont order online - No items received, Bad customer service

I ordered over two weeks ago. (I knew it would take longer with lockdown demand). Received a message my order is out for delivery two days ago and that my one item is now out of stock. Now no one is answering emails or phone calls... So I have no idea where the remainder of my items are and no refund for the item that is no longer in stock.
