Don't Order Online for Store Pick Up From MRP Home

I am so disappointed in Mr Price Home's store pickup online shopping option. I ordered quite a large amount of items from them and then picked it up at the store and when I opened the package at home three of the items I ordered were badly damaged. The present bag I ordered was torn in several places and bent beyond repair. It was intended to be given to my mother for her 60th birthday the following day. Both of the notebooks I ordered were bent and damaged and the list goes on. When I complained to them on Facebook they said they would take it up with their logistics team...but they didn't even ask for my order number so how are they going to take it up with the team?! I will not be supporting Mr Price Home again.
