Dont order online!

Worst experience ever ordering online. Ordered on the 11th and got a message saying it shipped on the 15th, we are still waiting for it with no communication from them. Tried calling Mr price home on 2 different fays now with them not answering my calls. I would like to know where my parcel is and would recommend making the customer service better and getting another company to deliver your parcels. Dont recommend it at all
