Don't by online from Mr Price!

I got drawn into their "R600 off" offer only to find out that I had no other option but to pay R400 for delivery. Option to collect was not available. Order placed on 28 February. A few items were delivered on 3 March, still waiting for the last item! (it's now 9 March) Tried to return two of the items as they were not as advertised online and had clearly been on the shelf for a long time as they are soiled. On my first attempt to return the items at the Cavendish branch I was turned away because I didn't have the delivery note, even though I had the order number. On my second attempt I had the delivery note (the order number is the only number on the note so my time was wasted the first time) but now they say they can't do the return because the order is not complete yet. I'm still waiting for a call back to know when I can do the return and get my money back. The staff at Cavendish were helpful but the system makes them unable to solve the problem. They also mentioned that this is a regular occurrence that online customers return items because they are damaged. Furthermore, it's not possible to track the delivery of the last item as the courier listed doesn't come up on Google. I won't be shopping at Mr Price anymore and will recommend that others definitely stay away from ordering online.
