dont buy furniture from these people!!!! worst !!!!!

worst customer service experience ever. we bought a couch and it was delivered on 24th December. we logged a return the very same day as the couch colour was not as we thought (that's what happens when you buy online... returns are inevitable) and also it was too low and not comfortable. it took countless whatsapp messages, phone calls and emails just to get the couch returned. eventually they said they would collect. my parents had to wait around for days- no sign/ contact from MRP even though they booked a date and time for the collection. again whatsapp messages, emails and phonecalls from our side to get the couch collected- which was only done 3 weeks later. now the fight to get the refund. same process. nothing ever gets resolved. no one ever gets back to us. today after me again calling and whatsapping (which by the way is worst service because they leave you having for hours- I have multiple chats to prove this) they eventually called back to say the refund was processed in the form of a voucher. how dare you decide for me how to refund me when I purchased the couch you received my money immediately, and now after all this poor service you still expect me to shop from you again- are you crazy!!!!! the wait starts now for the refund of my money. I have been without a suitable couch for a month now which i could replace from another retailer because MRP has my money!!!!!!! people ibn question with regards to the worst service I have ever received, empty promises and blatant lies is as follows: Zinhle, Nomah and Siphamandla from online support. please note i also work in retail industry as a fashion buyer. i know what customer service should look like. also, if you are going to be selling big ticket items online please ensure your customner service is up to scratch to handle returns and queries- as is normal in todays time. never ever received a problem from superbalist or takealot, cielo or At home from foschini group. which is where i will continue to make all my future purchases.
