Don't buy from Mr Price online

1 star is even too much.... After placing an order with them on 1st June , I immediately got a out of stock notification for the largest item. The order had no point if the bed was not delivered. I sent several requests to cancel the order . Your customer service department is rude and they just don't care. Secondly you are falsely advertising products u don't have in stock repeately so please dont trust the site. 10 days later still NO refund . No care and no response. After several requests to be refunded and waiting for over an hour to get to customer service I am opening a case as there seems no other way to get my money back without external help. How does a brand like Mr Price home treat Consumers with such disrespect?
