Don't buy from Mr Price on line

I bought a lampshade on line which was delivered a week later in a large cardboard box completely flattened. I returned it immediately. After a lengthy wait the call centre told me I would be refunded as soon as the returned item got the warehouse. That was a month ago and after numerous e-mails and calls from my side I have received an reply from Mr Price Home to say the complaint has been resolved. Don't buy from Mr Price on line
