Dont buy from Mr Price Home Online

<p>I purchased 2 items from Mr Price home online. I paid extra for express delivery very. They did not deliver do express delivery they took a week instead of 1-3 days. But still charged me for the delivery. They also only delivered half of the order. I order 2 carpets and received 1. But they charged me for 2. They have not given me a refund. I needed the 2 items together as it was a gift for twin girls. I phone and e-mail to no avail. They say they will contact me but don't. So they basically ***** from people and we have no recourse. The only contact number is a call center so you never speak to the same person twice. And if you track the order online they say it has been delivered. The service is shocking.</p>
