Don't buy from Mr Price Home on-line .. if you expect help after they have taken your money

Bought Christmas reindeer on line. Ear broken when delivered. E-mailed 3 x to explain with pictures... no response... not even a "tuff luck you idiot" .. NOTHING. I am a huge supporter of Mr Price home but clearly I am not an important customer. Thank you Mr Price for nothing.
