Don't buy from Mr Price Home

Purchased a desk and a desk chair from Mr Price Home online. The desk was fine but the desk chair was missing a lot of pieces (wheels, chair spine, assembly instructions...). But the real issue is trying to get ANY response from Mr Price Home.

I've tried their chat function on their website, where the call desk person said the issue would be escalated and I requested an email confirmation for this. I received no email, nor any follow up on the issue. I then tried their whatsapp helpline, this was even worse. After explaining the issue I was told the problem was being escalated to the quality department. So I asked if I would receive an email confirmation and a refund or replacement. After a few minutes of no messages, I received a message saying the issue was being closed due to no response. I responded to that message, but received no message after that. So now I have no idea if I will ever get a refund/replacement.
