Do not trust MR PRICE HOME ONLINE business
Do NOT order online form MR PRICE HOME is the bottome line.. I ordered and paid online for 2 coffee tables on 29 November. it is the 22nd of December today. After 2 calls to the help centre and 12 + emails to the online help centre, with vague response, I still did not receive the order. The message from the call centre: "we cannot trace your order because you paid with credit card????? ' This is very alarming! No response since 29 November... This is an online service with the payment options to pay with your credit card- what is the point then of an online service? The online help email service: 'We will contact you today and give details of the delivery '......... No further response after 12 emails. MR PRICE is simply not fit for and cannot compete in the online business- if you read all the other complaints on hello peter - it is shocking!
