Do not shop with Mr Price Home!

If I could give them -1 star I would. We had the most frustrating, annoying and downright stressful experience trying to shop with Mr Price Home!

We order a couch 2 weeks ago, it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th October, but nothing arrived. We kept phoning the call center to find out where it was, but no luck. The agents kept saying we would receive an email with an update on the progress. This was said by ALL the agents, including the branch manger at George Mr Price Home. We received no emails or updates.

Suddenly there is a phone call from a courier saying that they are outside our house with the couch. But guess what, it not even the full couch. They delivered 1 out of 2 pieces needed.

This is unacceptable MR Price Home. I'm still waiting for a call from the manager, and I'm not even holding my breath.

Worst shopping experience ever. I do not recommend buying online at all!
