Do not ever Use Mr Price online worst service ever!

I placed an order on monday the 2nd ,paid R70 for express delivery which should take 1-3 working days up until now i have not received my order ,Spoke to Cordney from their call centre who cdnt help to even track the parcel told me she will call back but ddnt ,i then spoke to Trisha ,who gave me false information sayin she had called the courier and i should expect delivery the next day ,i rearranged all my plans for the day to wait for the parcel and it was never delivered until i called again and was given the same story that the parcel is with the courier and will be delivered by Monday ,the whole point of shopping online is for convenience and paying for express delivery is due to sense to urgency ,
