Just want my refund that it! tried to purchase on Black Friday, order go canceled, no notification nothing as they do... wanted a refund spoke to one of their consultants Zinhle, this consultant people is on another level of just plain " I don't want to work here". sent her everything just knowing she wasn't going to do anything. Did process anything. keep trying every day to get a simple answer where my refund? but nothing. The honest truth is expect too much from Mr Price, it just bad there, like the online platform is bad, the customer service bad, just go to Takealot you know, they never disappoint... not like this. They are just not it... Its so frustrating you would not believe, God give us all strength dealing with these savages!
