Do not do it! inefficient and unprofessional.
Never ever buy furniture from Mr price home. It makes absolutely no sense why they do not have an effective returns system in 2019. It is appalling to set up an online store without a system of returns. You cannot focus on marketing when your customer service is this dismal. I am disappointed to say the least.
If you are working. Do not purchase furniture from them, you will need 4 months of endless emails and you calling them non-stop to follow up on your return. Disappointing!
