After back and forth with MRP "customer friend" all i got was a blatant... here is the location of your money. Wait 5 to 7 days for a reversal. Nothing else. No offer to get my order sorted out instead. No effort to meet my needs and make sure that I walk away a happy customer. Most importantly... NO WARNING THAT THEIR MOBILE APP IS UNRELIABLE. There are no words actually to describe my distress and disappointment. I ordered thousands of rands home decor for my daughter's birthday. Put my trust in MRP and I have nothing to show on her birthday. It's disgusting that nobody from MRP have bothered to extend a courtesy. There isn't even a guarantee that I will recieve a reversal within the 7 days. A damn response would be nice.
