Do better, Mr Price Home
Horrible experience with an online delivery - couch clearly stated that it requires no assembly on the website, couch arrived unassembled, had to send an uber to the store to get one of their guys to assist, turned out the couch was broken. Sent several emails asking for assistance and the staff is busy dragging their feet - asking for details upon details, no communication about how and when the issue will be resolved. It literally feels like I'm begging Mr Price Home for a resolution. I wouldn't recommend buying any high value items from Mr Price Home - if you cannot carry it out of the store with you immediately then don't buy it.
