Dissatisfied customer

I phoned game canal walk on 01/12/2023, the 1st time i called was merely to enquire about a product, I was told to hold on, after holding on for 5 minutes and 54 seconds, I put the phone down and called again, this time a lady picked up, shouting over the phone to a fellow worker to come to the phone without telling me to hold on or anything of the sort, when the lady eventually came to the phone she took my number and promised she would get someone to call me back, and Yes, you guessed right, no call was returned. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE AT ALL Really shocked at the service
