Dissatisfied
Extremely disappointed with Mr Price online, I have ordered items on Saturday the 27 of April, since I didn't receive any confirmation I decided to call the call centre to check what's the hold up with my orders only to now find out that my order needs to be approved by Mr Price first. Who knew? No one had notified me about the new rules and regulations, So it takes them over two days to confirm order and I am still waiting, my items were urgent for the weekend, but guess what Mr Price can not deliver because my order still hasn't been approved.

03 May 2019, 09:11Appalling service! 3 days and the order hasn't been approved, Mr price online has no sense of urgency. My has not yet been resubmitted, yet me explaining to 4 different people about how urgent these items are! I shall pay off and close this account!
