Dissapointed with mr price refund process

I placed an order on the 13th on the mr price app and i kept getting ab error when tryibg to pay. Then igot 2 notifications as 2 orders went through for the same items . I thsn called customer care on the morning of the 14th and asked for one to be cancelled. They saud the cancellation has been processed and refun will be received within 3-5days. Why should wait so long for my refund when it didnt take that long for the money to go off my account. I need my refund immediately
