Dissapointed at Mr price Home

I am so dissapointed in Mr price home after i ordered a 3 seater couch on Sat (22-01-2016) i was told it would be delivered from Durban in 3-6 days and it was yesterday(27-01-2016) with one of it coushions torn, i lodged a complaint and was told to wait another 3-5 days for replacement and pick up of the one delivered, mind you i live in a bachelor pad and i have this huge cardboard with the couch in my room making it awkward to move around and blocking my view of the tv.. REALLY???? Can Mr price come and get their damaged goods cause my room is not a storage area i paid for a couch
