Disgusting service by the "staff" & "manager" at Diep River. (Except Nigel). They treat you worse than dirt.

I've survived SARS, the post office, home affairs, and even Builders Warehouse. But today, Mr P Homestore, & especially the manager of Diep River, Xola Xhandi, along with his whole useless team, took the cake. And my temper with it. I have never been so angry in all my life. (Nigel who runs the furniture department is the only reason I return and spend thousands every month furnishing my house - he's a gem, he's reasonable, fair, honest, practical and goes the extra mile, and if it weren't for him.....but they'll be probably fire him soon)..I have never, ever, ever been treated so badly in all my life by anyone like I have been in the shop.I wasn't;t the only one. Others complained while I was left waiting for the manager to have his lunch. I won't go into the details. It's too painful. But let me just say, today they took over an hour of my time, cost me in actual surcharges & completely ruined my day. This is my one and only review on here, because I feel it is so vital that others be warned. Don't go there. Don't buy online. Don't support them. They are disgusting
