Disgusting "Service"

I went to Mr Price home in Diep River Cape Town this morning, what a disgusting store, service is non existent. Took the security 10 min to open the door because she couldn't find the right keys. Quickly found what I needed, went to pay, there were 5 woman standing behind the counter talking but not a cashier in sight. One was eventually called to come to the tills, she walked so slowly like she was doing me a favor. Not a single greating, no eye contact nothing! I saw the basket I was buying was dirty, I showed her and said it's dirty, she says so go get another one!!! 🤬what the actual!!! I will never shop there again ever!!! I messaged head office when I got home I was so disgusted, and got an email back saying the matter had be resolved!!! No one contacted me or rep**** to my mail. Seems their don't give a sh@# attitude runs from the top down.
