Disgusting service!

I ordered furniture online and one of the items were completely cracked. It has been 3 weeks and it still has not been collected from my house and refunded. I am ready to go drop it off at the store and leave it there and have a lawyer send a letter of demand.

The customer service team is USELESS. Three weeks to just book a collection! I will NEVER order from them again. There are 100’s of Small Businesses that does nicer and better quality and priced furnisher that I will rather support in the future. Never again! Useless and disappointing!
