Disgusting Service

Placed an order online, paid for express (1-3 days) it is now the 26th and my order has still not arrived. I called the call centre after holding on for 20mins only for them to tell me my order was cancelled as there was an error on the system. The worst service ever!!!!!!! Nobody had the decency to call me and tell me they have cancelled my order. Instead they make me wait and wait and when I decide to call they tell me that. Highly disgusted in Mr Price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
