Disgusting service

Since my complaint about the bad service I was promised feedback and that senior management is looking into my complaint and will get back to me, and no suprise! Again I was **** to by Mr Price home. Is this really how you treat your clients.seems you just respond on hello peter for the public to see but you do absolutely nothing for the client.I finally manaage to get the curtains by myself now I found that Canal Walk Cape Town has 3 of this curtains *** and after holding for 30minutes I was told they can't find it.really 3 curtains and you can't find it for your clientsmit seems it is just how you treat your cients i am disgusred in the services I have bee receiving thus far and the lies just don't stop!. First I was told if the store shows 1 they won't have it well now they show 3 how the hell can't they find it
