Disgusting patron service by in-store staff. Mr Price Home Greenstone (Review)

I’m am appalled at the lack of assistance by the staff at experienced today at Mr Price Home. Especially by a young lady who is standing at the front entrance.
I was in a massive rush as I’m was pressed for time, and merely requested if I could enter the store to quickly purchase bedding and inners for the bed I just purchased at a bed store in the same Stoneridge Centre.
The electricity was out in the centre, and she would not let us enter even though they only closed at 14:00. And there was still 40mons until the closing time. Her reason was that the store is dark and that the centre had no electricity, which I responded with, but we have just been into other stores and we’re able to make purchases, including a new bed. She was however still unhelpful and did not seem to care to assist. Including her shouting at me in-front of other passing patrons in the centre, when I told her that this was ridiculous and that I would just go to another store! I also did inform her that I would complain and report her behavior to your H/O.
I’m disgusted that the groups in store staff think that it is okay to scream at patrons as common practice.
I find her lack of customer assistance, overall tact and lack of professionalism beyond disgusting as a representative of the Mr Price Home Group.
This should be addressed, and customer care training of the groups staff should be implemented and taking seriously.
I will not be going to that store ever again!
