Disgusting online service

Disgusted with their online services. I placed an order and upon delivery my small furniture was not there. Once they phoned the warehouse I was told the product is out of stock (then how could I have placed the order) and I will receive a refund after 7 days. Well its been 7 days and no refund nor notification of refund or that the product is out of stock.
