Disgusting and *********** service

I ordered a Charcoal Brooklyn Corner Unit Sofa which consists of a 3 seater and 2 seater on the 4th of January 2023 in store. I got a call on the 19 January from Mr Price Home Wonder park to come collect my order. I organized a delivery team to fetch my order from the store only to get home to an absolutely incorrect order, the order was in a Cement color and the two seater missing. I called them and shared my predicament.

I don't know how the whole staff 'forgot to check' that the second seater was missing and they had to wait for me to call before they can explain how the delivery system works.

I sent numerous emails to the support team to rectify their mistakes without any help. I was called for delivery on the 04 February for the missing two seater then the delivery team went to a completely wrong location and never came back with my sofa. I'm still waiting up to date.

I would never recommend their online services, incompetency doesn't even begin to describe your service. I'm beyond disgusted and livid with this treatment

Please kindly sort this matter out as soon as possible.
