disgusting

on 25/06/25019 i visited the Mr price home store in canal walk for the very first time , i then bought a marked down fitted sheet as it was not in the original packaging. i then got home the evening opened the sheet and there it was A SLIT IN THE SHEET mind you IT WAS COVERED UP WITH A RED STICKER ,i then returned to the store on 26/06/2019 and exchanged it for a different sheet, i then asked them to open it so i can check and the cashier asked if i am sure that i want a king size sheet? i confirmed that yes that is correct and off i went home . As soon as i got home i fitted the sheet to my mattress and there i was....now fuming as i had to return again because i was given a queen size instead of a king because of the incompetence of tagging accordingly , i then called and spoke to the manager named Zulpha she was not much of help either, i am very disgusted in the service i have received
