Disgusted the weakest system of Mr Price Gift Vouchers

I got a gift card voucher from Mr Price as my wedding present. Card Number: ********** 374, Gift Voucher Number: ********** 374. I used an amount of R33.91 at Mr Price Home from the voucher on Saturday at EastGate Mall. On Sunday, I used an amount of R103.96 at Sandton City Mr Price Home. After making purchase at Sandton, I proceeded to Mall of Africa as I couldn't find everything I wanted. Upon my arrival, I realised I was no longer having the card with me. I called Mr Price Home Sandton to enquire if I didn't left the card in the Store. I was told I didn't left it. I asked that since I have the Voucher Number & card number, is it not possible that I can be assisted. The question was NO. I then proceeded to Mr Price Home Mall of Africa hoping to get something different but I was told the same thing. I find this voucher system very weak and so disturbing because it only protects the ****s. If I was pick pocketed, it means the **** who ****** me will benefit without any troubles. Why can't you at least say you can block the voucher so that whoever try to use it maybe caught! Brothers and sisters out there, please becareful before buying anyone Mr Price Gift Voucher. They may suffer a great deal should they loose which is something that happens to daily in human life. My remaining balance of R162.13 went down the drain and benefited ****s.
