Disgusted by the service on the online platform.

I ordered a few things from Mr Price Home online including a TV Stand over 2 weeks ago. I received my decor items with 24/48 hours and i was impressed by the service. Followed up on stand was advised 5-7 working days and that it was dispatched by courier. Today i decided to track my order, only to find that it was cancelled. No notification, no communication, no refund by Mr price nothing.
