Disgusted by service from Mr Price Home Returns

I am absolutely disgusted by the service received from Mr Price Home returns. Bought a couch end January 2020 and the couch had a defect. Reported the defect February 2020, then as we all know Lockdown happened and clearly nothing could be done. Started communication sending to Mr Price Home in June to resolve the issue now that we can all be back at work and still to date no one has come back to us!!!

This is ridiculous and disappointing service from Mr Price Home! Support Local they say...
