DISGUSTED AND FEELING HELPLESS WITH LACK OF ANY SERVICE FROM MR PRICE HOME!

Hi, almost 2 weeks ago I have posted a review about MR Price Home. They have delivered a package to me which was opened and tampered with. I was asked to send their contact centre pictures etc. I posted a complaint here on Hello Peter, to which they had come back to say that a member of their team will personally contact me t sort this out. Guess what? Until date I have received no response and no help. The package is still sitting with me collecting dust, no one has even come to fetch the parcel. When I contacted the contact centre I spoke to a consultant, Shaun who promised to escalate and assist. I have to be the one calling him each time to request feedback and the issue has still not been resolved. Shaun said, when we spoke last Friday 22 Jan that he would sort this out, well ALAS, it's now 3 business days later and still no word. I feel helpless and do not know where to turn. I spent R1,600 on this item from MRP and still don't have the comfort of actually having it. No refund has been processed, how can it be? If the package is still sitting here with me for 3 weeks now? No idea what the hold up is or where the delay comes from but not once has anyone from MRP picked up the phone to give me an update. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE received after being a loyal customer for years. I will never buy from here again nor recommend MRP home products to anyone, especially not their online delivery platform! I am still waiting for someone from MRP home to contact me.
