Disgraceful Service Delivery and Communication

I originally placed an order for the MORGAN CHAISE SOFA on the 16th of October 2024, scheduled for delivery on the 25th of October.

It only arrived on the 29th of October 2024. I then discovered that only half of the couch was delivered.

I logged the error that same day not even an hour after delivery.

I had to constantly chase MrPrice Home and follow up on the status and no one could give me an answer. All everyone kept saying is that it has escalated. I was only contacted me on the 4th of November to tell me that they cant help in delivering the other part. I now had to place a brand new order and wait another 2 weeks for my delivery.

I placed my order again on the 4th of November 2024 and received a scheduled delivery date of the 13th of November 2024.

No delivery received on the 13th of November. Leaving me to have to follow up once more to find out what is going on with my order. Finaly I receive a response that my order will be delivered on the 15th of November, but same as previously, no delivery.

You would think, considering the mess MrPrice Home made with my previous order and Delivery that this would be a priority to deliver, but yet again it just shows the poor customer service of MrPrice Home. Furthermore, on the 4th of November 2024 I requested that the previous item that was delivered in half must be booked for collection, till date this has still not been collected.

I am utterly shocked that a well established organisation as MrPrice Home has such poor service delivery, customer service and dreadful communication.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with ordering online fram a retailer.
