Disappointing service and unhelpful manager

I had gotten a diffuser as a gift. As i opened it, the sticks were missing. I went back to Mr Price Home in boksburg and asked to exchange it for another box with sticks. The white lady manager wanted to give me another colour sticks, or an old set that was used and drenched in a display diffuser. I then asked the lady to give me the display one as well as the other beige one, as if it used display sticks doesnt work atleast i had the beige one. She refused! (After a sales lady had told me she would give me both) I then asked her to please take down my number to call me when stock arrives ao i can get the black sticks, as i did not was to get a refund for another product as it was a dear gift. Her response was ‘ i dont think i will call you’! What kind of service does mr price home provide. Not once did she say, she will contact another branch and get me what was paid for, as the store was at fault! Not only was she rude, she did not sort out my problem! I am utterly disappointed with Mr Price manager and service! Will not be purchasing from you guys again!
