DISAPPOINTING ONLINE SERVICE FROM MR PRICE HOME

The worst online service I have ever received.

The order was delivered late after numerous calls and baited promises of arrival, and when it arrived I was out of town (a month later). When I returned and wanted a voucher back that on its own was a tassle and I am yet to receive the confirmation of the cancelled order A WEEK AFTER CALLING AND EMAILING TO CANCEL.

Their online consultants have contradicting updates on orders and advise, they seem to not know their own SOP's. I am not happy at all and will definitely discourage everyone i know to never purchase using their online store.
