Disappointed with Mr Price Home online

I placed an order today (2021/01/29). Within 10 minutes placing the order i contacted the call centre to change the colour of the item i ordered.

The lady at the call centre Thembile Gumbu told me she cannot assist me with changing my order but only cancel my order which i have to wait for 5-7 days for a refund.

After n requested i rather use a credit to re- order the correct item i was told i cannot.

You cannot even edit a order or cancel and replace it with a new order, or offer credit on a voucher which i could use to re- order my goods

What a disappointing experience and will never order anything online again with Mr Price EVER!
