Disappointed with Mr Price Credit

I am Totally Unimpressed with Mr Price Credit department,I year ago I had an Account with Mr Price which is now closed and Fully paid, I was applying for credit, It was unfortunately declined, reasons if the Mr Price account Was still in Credit Bereau. Which my account was fully paid In June if not May. Prior to the paying it full, I was constantly contacted by their credit Department everyday, saying I should pay my account, now that I have paid my account, they are not removing their credit Bureau. This is very ***********.
