Disappointed

I’m so disappointed at Mr Price Home(Nelspruit Crossings) to be exact for the *********** service they gave me. I lay buy a stand bedroom lamp and, when i went to pay it off, they told me the lamp is broken and their giving back my money and if i still want it, i can go to Ilanga Mall to buy, my question is: why didn’t they made an effort to have it delivered cause i had already paid and, paying if off? To me that’s very incompetence and on top of it all, they’ve made wait for a long time while they were helping others and mine was not urgent!
