disappointed at Mr Price Home customer service

I ordered two patio chairs, and delivery was supposed to be in 3–5 days, but still, they keep moving the date. To make things worse, I call their online call centre agent, and they are offline, and they don't even bother to take my details to call me back as if I am responsible for their system being offline. This is the last time I am using their online platform. I am livid and disappointed at their laziness and incompetence.
