Disappointed at Mr Price delivery

I ordered a few items online on Monday the 18th. I paid for door to door delivery. 8 working days later I have still not received my order. I have tried to follow up with them via their whatsapp line and I always get the same response. "It will be delivered today". I went as far as tracking the parcel myself and found that it arrived at the couriers depot at 4am on the 19th. I live 10 minutes away from the depot but they have been sitting with my parcel for over a week. This courier company (fastway couriers) is notorious for poor service. They have a 2 star rating on google. It is beyond me why they would choose this company to work with. I have had no joy with the courier company and very little help from Mr Price home. I am a loyal customer and I am very disappointed at this terrible service. I want to cancel my order. I was told I cannot cancel it.
