Disappointed and dissatisfied

There is no bad star to rate Mr price home regarding their items /furniture that requires assembling on 16/11/24 I bought baby compactum online and delivered on 27/11/24 here is order number *** also paid for assembling when delivery guys busy with assembling they find out that the *****s are not enough 7 *****s were shot they contacted Mr price home responsible person for the order the advice was to return back the item I waited for the redelivery till 11/12/24 nothing was happening because I was going home for holiday no one will be available to receive item i decided to request refund still today i didn't get my refund if I call them they always tell me that they are escalating the matter. while I still waiting my refund went to Mr price home Richard's Bay to look for drawers then I find studio 4 drawer which requires assembling I just bought it and I decided to assemble on my own when I open the box there's only *****s for the handles no other *****s to put together the the whole drawer also there's no manual to show direction to assemble. This is very disappointing for a such big campany like Mr price home who ever responsible for the packing at their warehouse she/he doesn't know what he/she's doing now I need to return this drawer back to Richard's Bay I will never advise a person to buy furniture that needs assembly at Mr price home not unless already assembled in store I'm very very upset and disappointed about this
