Dirty new items

On the 25th of September, I went to buy new bedding at Mall of Africa, since their duvets are bot covered, it was very difficult to find a clean one… I had to search and search, finally I found a better one. On the 27th of September, I went to buy another item again, same story. It really demoralising when you buy something new, only to find it dirty on the inside. If the aim is for customers to feel the iteam they are buying, can there be one item uncovered, instead of all of them.
