Dirty damaged stock delivered

What is happening with Mr Price home quality???? This is the 3 time I bought from then in 2 months and most of the items are damaged. I buy online and this time it was the last. Got a stove kettle, the plastic top lid thing just fell off on day 3. The white duvet cover had rust stains on it, i tried washing it to remove the stains but nothing worked. Now i paid R600 for a dirt stained duvet cover, also why is everything always so dirty? Every time i shop online my package comes with dirty and damaged stuff do you guys not check it before packing???? I am done with buying from Mr price home
